  • Reiki

    Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is administered by the “laying on of hands”. Reiki allows the client to achieve states of deep relaxation, reduced stress, and promote the body’s natural ability to heal.

  • Astrological Readings

    Astrology is the study of the movement of celestial bodies, and how they coordinate with the unfolding of events on Earth. Use your chart to help find purpose, confidence and clarity as you navigate the story of your life.

  • Tarot Readings

    Tarot and Oracle readings are forms of divination that require the understanding of the querent’ question through interpretation of symbolism and channeling. Tarot readings can help us self reflect, gain a fresh perspective, and help us discover creative ways to overcome obstacles.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is an ancient discipline that combines physical poses, breath work, meditation, and ethics to help improve our lives, and cultivate states of oneness. Private lessons available. Pairing restorative and yin poses with body work techniques is also offered.

  • Craniosacral Therapy

    Craniosacral Therapy (CST), is a light touch therapy which helps regulate the nervous system, and address somatic symptoms caused by trauma to reduce stress and improve the quality of one’s life.

  • Meditation/Journeys

    A little meditation can go a long way. Receive guidance and support as you begin or deepen your own practice. Journey into deep meditative and healing spaces in guided meditations with drumming and breath work.

  • Massage

    Specialties in Myofascial Release, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage massage, sports massage, and reflexology. Add body work to your Reiki, Yoga, or CST session.

  • Spell Work

    Spell work is the focusing of one’s will, action, intention, and energy on a desired outcome to help shape and manifest one’s goals. Minimum of a 30 minute consultation/reading prior to booking. Price TBD based on work requested and supplies needed.
