Feeling Good is Underrated

Define Healing

True healing is the ability to experience your life in the opposite manner of whatever is causing you harm.

We live in a day and age where our healthcare services are provided by those under the thumb of corrupt corporations. Pain avoidance and symptom silencing in order to comply with the demands of capitalism are the main objectives that our medical industry provides for it’s people.

I invite you to begin (or continue), sewing seeds of sovereignty and joy in your life by taking back the ability to advocate for your health and happiness.

A metaphysical approach

Although our bodies, minds, and souls are forever being imprinted on; our patterning, cognitive functioning, and belief systems have been with us from early on. By addressing energetic, familial and ancestral programming, we can target dis-function at the root. Watch change, growth, and authenticity ripple into your emotional, mental, and physical world as you prioritize ease and achieving a greater state of consciousness.

Meet Michelle

I’m happy to meet you - soon in the flesh. I’m a 32 year old female who is passionate about a lot of things - health and healing being at the top of my list.

I used to be so, so sick. I was riddled with auto-immune diseases, chronic pain, fatigue, depression, and was filled to the gills with medications to stabilize my mood and body. I was 100 pounds heavier, a people-pleasing work-a-holic, and was diagnosed with so many fun combinations of letters in the realms of mental health disorders.

My system was shot from trauma, and I disassociated from my essence for survival. Each service that I offer is a modality that has worked true magic in my life.

The path back to myself has been quite treacherous. Expanding spiritual consciousness is called psychosis in our Western World, and I had to learn how to really support myself with these tools. I hope no one ever has to experience what I did, and I want to be a support system to those who are growth-oritented. I’m now back from hell, out of three grueling years of homelessness, and so grateful I have the resources to be able to do what I love again.
